This retail store cleverly blends classic architecture by providing contemporary offices with colour pop detail and an industrial look on a large open plan floor plate. Externally clad in a mixture of concrete with floor to ceiling curtain walls, the building design maximises natural light. The 3.4-metre-high ceilings and the floor to ceiling windows give a majestic airy feel. We were engaged as Development Managers in the construction and fitout of this space, making necessary design modifications to ensure optimum use of each of the spacesin addition to complimenting palettes and material finishes.
